Highly Hydrolysed Sunflower Lecithin（Habo HHSL）

Habo SL (Sunflower Lecithin) and Habo HHSL (Highly Hydrolysed Sunflower Lecithin) are food-grade lecithins that are well-suited to emulsion systems. With these naturally sourced ingredients, formulators can avoid any GMO or allergen issues that are associated with soy lecithin.

As a purified food-grade sunflower lecithin, Habo SL is particularly suited for use in  emulsion technology. Its highly lipophilic chemical structure, a complex mixture of polar lipids (phospholipids and glycolipids), has been shown to work synergistically with Habo Monoester P90 and stabilise the micelles formed.

Habo HHSL, on the other hand, is more hydrophilic than Habo SL. Serving similar functions as Habo SL, Habo HHSL is suitable for use when lecithin of higher polarity is required. Both Habo SL and HHSL are Halal and Kosher-certified with a shelf life of 18 months. They are packaged in 20kg HDPE jerry cans.
